This Standard includescommon definitions of terms used throughout NSF Food Equipment and Sanitation Standards.1.3 MeasurementDecimal and SI conversions provided parenthetically shall be considered equivalent. Metric conversionshave been made according to IEEE/ASTM SI 10.
