Full Description

A discussion of the design, scheduling, and bidding process for the central mechanical systems which enabled the project to be completed in a remarkably short time, and will present a description of the finished product. In particular, the facilities discussed will be those that serve the entire complex, i.e., the central energy plant (CEP), the distribution system, and the central energy management system (CEMS).
